Commissioning Work

Please note the following commission policies:

A design fee is charged on new designs. This is usually in the $200 - $500 range, and is payable upon receipt of drawings and pricing.

Once a design and price is agreed upon, a non-refundable scheduling fee of $100 or 10% of the total (whichever is greater) is taken on deposit and an approximate start date is given. This scheduling fee applies to the final payment as credit.

Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to beginning your project a 2/3 deposit is required, covering materials and initial work on the project. The final payment (1/3 of total, less scheduling fee) is due upon completion. Payment in full is required prior to shipment.

Pieces may be picked up at the shop, or delivery and set-up is available. The delivery cost varies with the distance from Western Massachusetts. Crating and shipping can be arranged for deliveries outside the New England area.
